Leak Master
Leak Master LM-1C is ideal for daily inspections of Air Leak Testers.
LM-1AH is for high pressure up to 4.9 MPa.
Leak Master is a leak standard that is accurate, stable, compact and handy.
Easily check the sensitivity and measure the Equivalent Internal Volume.
For a flow of 2 mL/min or more, the accuracy is within ±5%. For a flow of 0.8 mL/min or more, the accuracy is within ±10%. For a flow less than 0.8 mL/min, the accuracy is within ±20%. Three models are available: LM-1C: Customized to the specified pressure and flow, LM-1C-J1 series: Standard model with predetermined flow, LM-1AH for high pressure from 1 to 4.9 MPa. We produce the specified flow at the specified test pressure. Accuracy (difference from the required flow): Within ±5% * For less than 2 mL/min, it’s within ±10 to 20%. * LM-1H accuracy: For 0.1 to 0.7 mL/min: ±20%. For 0.8 to 50 mL/min: ±10%. Easily and reliably run a sensitivity check of Air Leak Testers. Maintains the same flow for a long period of time. Can also be used for the Secondary Pressure method. Can be connected to the CAL port of Air Leak Testers. When connecting to the piping between the work and the tester, use the dedicated adapter. By replacing the Leak Master with the dedicated plug, the tester can easily return to the normal test state (no leak state). Traceability certificate available.Basic Specs.
